Résumé

Intégré Safran Engineering Services, filiale Engineering de Labinal (n°1 mondial de fabrication de câblage électrique dans le domaine de l’aéronautique) était une très grande opportunité pour moi dans le cadre de mon projet professionnel. J’ai travaillé pendant ces 6 mois au sein de la direction qualité, et du service « Amélioration continue ». L’objectif de mon stage était d’optimiser un processus interne (HR-I21) répondant aux exigences d’Airbus, l’AP1020. Pour réussir cette mission, j’ai suivi la méthodologie DMAIC (Lean-Sigma) découpant ce projet en 5 phases. Mes premières missions furent donc de récolter les besoins des personnes concernées par ce processus, puis par la suite de répondre à leur besoin en développant une application sous SharePoint (DELTA). Suite au développement de DELTA, les acteurs auront une vision en temps réel du processus, et ces pratiques seront harmonisées parmi les 4 BU concernés (France, Allemagne, Espagne, UK).

To join the Labinal subsidiary of Safran Engineering Services, world’s number 1 in the production of electronic cabling for the aeronautical industry, was a great opportunity for my career aspirations. For six months, I have been working for the Quality management as well as the department of continuous improvement. The aim of my intership was the improvement of the internal process (HR-I21) that meets Airbus requirements (AP1020). In order to achieve this objective I chose the DMAIC methodology (Lean-Sigma) that split the project into 5 phases.
First I had to collect the needs of the persons concerned with this process, then to response to their needs with a SharePoint application (DELTA). After the development of DELTA, the actors involved will have a real-time view of the process and its practice will be harmonized within the 4 Business Units (France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom)
