Le projet HortiChaud a pour objectif d’établir un système de culture sans produits phytopharmaceutiques conventionnels, en utilisant des organismes et produits de biocontrôle ou peu préoccupants. Les traitements utilisés dans le premier système cultural ont permis de remporter ce pari en affichant un IFT hors biocontrôle de 0, ainsi que des coûts de production et une marge moyenne très avantageux. La première année, des six années de ce projet, est très encourageante pour la suite.
The HortiChaud project present the goal of establishing a cultural system that doesn’t use any conventionnal phytosanitary products. And using instead biocontrol products or organisms, or less concerning substances. The treatments used in the first cultural system managed to reach that goal as no other-than-biocontrol products were used and the production costs and margin were pretty advantageous. The first year of the six of this project, is very promising for the following.
