Ce mémoire explore la manière dont la dépression se déploie comme solution chez une patiente atteinte de cancer accueillie en SSR. Mme H, âgée de 56 ans, nous livre dans cinq entretiens cliniques sa confrontation aux enjeux d’une maladie mettant à l’épreuve son rapport au corps et aux liens familiaux. À la croisée de travaux psychanalytiques, des recherches psychosomatiques et neuropsychologiques, le fonctionnement de Mme H met en lumière une pensée opératoire et une alexithymie. Dans ce cadre, la clinique du négatif apparaît comme principe unificateur dans son travail de déliaison et de désobjectalisation, prise dans des racines infantiles.
This research work examines how depression unfolds as a solution in a cancer patient admitted to a rehabilitation unit. Mrs H, aged 56, reveals through five clinical interviews her confrontation with the challenges posed by an illness that tests her relationship to her body and to family bonds. At the intersection of psychoanalytic theory, psychosomatic and neuropsychological research, Mrs H’s functioning highlights operative thinking and alexithymia, with the clinic of the negative emerging as a unifying principle in her processes of disconnection and deobjectalization rooted in early childhood.
