Ce mémoire interroge les interactions des archivistes en salle de lecture des archives communales. La première partie présente l'état des connaissance sur le métier d'archiviste communal : ses spécificités, les caractéristiques du public qu'il acceuil ainsi que ses contraintes et comment il y fait face. La seconde partie propose de questionner les dynamiques relationnelle et les stratégie mise en place par l'archiviste communal en au contact du public en réalisant des observations et en analysant des demandes écrites.
This master's project examines the interactions of archivists in the reading room of municipal archives. The first part presents the state of knowledge on the profession of municipal archivist : its specificities, the characteristics of the public it receives as well as its constraints and how it copes with them. The second part proposes to question the relational dynamics and the strategies implemented by the municipal archivist in contact with the public by carrying out observations and analyzing written requests.
