L’organisation d’une manifestation sportive doit répondre à deux impératifs distincts : le respect de la réglementation et la prise en compte du risque réel. Après avoir décrit le système actuel, il en a été fait une analyse à partir d’une enquête épidémiologique et d’un recensement de la réglementation. Centrée dans le département de la Sarthe, l’étude a porté sur les clubs des fédérations sportives pour lesquelles l’activité est considérée comme « à risque », au cours de la saison sportive 2011-2012. Le taux de manifestations conformes à la réglementation (renseigné par les réponses au questionnaire) étant le critère de jugement principal, il a été constaté, à la fois une application difficile de la réglementation existante, et, une corrélation de la présence du médecin aux risques constatés. A partir de ces constats, des propositions sont élaborées pour aboutir à une organisation spécifique en réseau, afin, de mettre en concordance la réponse au risque avec la réglementation, et, d’harmoniser les pratiques au profit d’une amélioration du niveau de sécurité.
The organization of a sporting event must meet two distinct requirements : the compliance with regulations and the consideration of the actual risk. Next to a descritpion of the current system, an analysis has been proposed from an epidemiological survey and a inventory of the regulation. Focused on the area of “ la Sarthe”, the study was about the clubs of sports federations which the activity is meant as “at risk” during the sport season : 2011-20112. The rate of events in accordance with the regulations specified by the questionnaire is being the primary endpoint, it was found both, a difficulty to apply the existing regulations, and a correlation of the medical attendance with recognized risks. Based on these observations, the proposals are designed to achieve a specific network organization, so, for being in accordance with risk response with regulation and to harmonize practices in favor of improving the level of safety.
