| Résumé | Cette recherche s'intéresse à la prise en compte de la culture des apprenants au sein des dispositifs d'enseignement-apprentissage auprès d'adultes migrants. Menée auprès de femmes, cette recherche étudie l'impact de la démarche interculturelle sur la valorisation de l'estime de soi dans un contexte d'intégration socio-professionnelle. L'expérimentation s'effectue à l'APTIRA, une association angevine pour l'intégration des réfugiés adultes, au sein du dispositif de formation le « RSA Migrants ». L'objectif de cette recherche est double : stimuler les prises de parole spontanées des stagiaires afin de gagner en estime de soi et déconstruire les représentations négatives sur le monde du travail en France par le biais d'échanges interculturels, afin de favoriser l'intégration socio-professionnelle. La réalisation d'activités à démarche interculturelle puis l'analyse d'entretiens et d'observations non-participantes des activités proposent un éclairage à la problématique ainsi qu'aux hypothèses. |
| Résumé en anglais | This Master Degree's essay focuses on taking into account the culture of learners within the field of teaching-learning to immigrant adults. This research is about immigrant women in order to study the impact of the intercultural approach on valuing self-esteem in a context of socioprofessional integration. The experimentation related to this reasearch takes place in an association, APTIRA which is an association to promote the integration of refugees. The aim of this research is twofold: firstly, to stimulate the spontaneous language of trainees in order to gain self-esteem, secondly to deconstruct negative representations on the world of works in France through intercultural exchanges in order to help their socioprofessional integration. The implementation of different intercultural activities and the analysis of interviews and non-participating observations of the activities offer informations and results of the research. |
