| Résumé | Ce travail de mémoire se consacre à l’étude de l’influence des nouvelles technologies dans la production du vin. A savoir, l’étude comparative entre deux géants de la production du vin : la France et l’Italie. Ce mémoire s’intéressera donc aux différents types de technologies utilisées par les vignerons au 21ème siècle ainsi qu’à leur influence sur l’économie de ces deux pays et sur leur psychologie économique c’est-à-dire sur le comportement du producteur ainsi que le comportement d’achat du consommateur à l’aide de témoignages et d’études effectuées auprès d’un échantillon de population. |
| Résumé en anglais | This dissertation is dedicated to the study of the impact of the new technologies on the wine production. Namely, the comparative study of two major actors in the wine production : France & Italy. This dissertation will be focusing on the different types of technology used by winemakers in the 21st century as well as their impact on the economy and on the psychological economy of those two countries. That is to say the behaviour of the producer and the purchasing behaviour of the consumer with the help of testimony and studies. |
