Etude, conception et réalisation d'un système de réglage sur refendeuse

During my DUT Mechanical Engineering and Productivity, I carried out my internship from 10 April to 23 June 2017, a period of 11 weeks, at COMAT METAL INDUSTRIE. I came into contact with this company through my former nanny whose son is employed in the company. After a first appointment with L. Dutour and A. Degremont, it was agreed that my formation at the IUT of Angers are in agreement with the company and its industrial sector. The managers of COMAT thus proposed to me to be able to carry out my internship of study within their company. I came in the same time as the delivery of a new production line, which was an interesting opportunity. Indeed, my mission was too built a system to optimize the adjustment of the newly production line. It was the occasion for me to find solutions to gain time in the settings. This traineeship was therefore an opportunity for observations, exchanges with professionals and conceptualization. The following report will attempt to present the company first and then define the mission that was given to me. I shall then describe precisely the steps I have tried to explain during this report. This first experience in the world of industry was decisive for my future orientation. The confrontation with professional reality gives meaning to what has been learned in school and gives another angle of view on the conception.
