Ce travail de recherche présente le cas de Juan, patient alcoolique. Les principales interrogations de ce travail se sont articulées autour de la transmission psychique de laquelle Juan fut l’objet, de l’importance des liens familiaux dans la construction identitaire précoce mais aussi de la manière dont ceux-ci peuvent être suppléés par l’appartenance à un groupe, et notamment au groupe militaire. Enfin, ce travail de recherche a permis de relever la manière dont Juan a pu faire face au fantasme de mort que véhicule sa famille. Entre auto-destruction et auto-guérison l’alcoolisme a permis à Juan de tenter de combler le vide ressenti mais également de pouvoir se soumettre psychiquement à l’irreprésentable de la mort dont est porteur le fantasme familial.
This research presents the case of Juan, alcoholic patient. The main questions of this research are articuled around the psychic transmission of wich Juan was the object, the importance of family link in the early construction of identity but also how they can be compensate by belonging to a group, especially the military group. Finally, this research show the way that Juan face the death fantasy vehicle by his family. Between self-destruction and self-healing alcoholism allow Juan to fill the void felt but also to be able to submit psychically to the unrepresentable of death which is carried by the family fantasy.
