Résumé

Fournisseur de feux de véhicules pour plusieurs marques connues de voitures, VALEO Vision SENS, s'est engagé, depuis quelques années, dans une démarche de certification ISO/TS 16949, qui définit les exigences particulières pour l'application de l'ISO 9001:2008 pour la production de série et de pièces de rechange dans l'industrie automobile. L'objectif avoué est de démontrer la qualité de son organisation, conserver sa notoriété, s'aligner face à ses concurrents et répondre aux exigences des constructeurs automobiles et satisfaire leurs attentes.
Ainsi, la mission de ce stage était de participer à la préparation de l’audit de renouvellement ISO/TS qui aura lieu au mois de septembre. Diverses activités en lien avec ce projet de certification ont été menées: amélioration du tableau de bord des incidents clients, redéfinition du processus M2 : Recherche et Développement, mise à jour du manuel qualité... Le but était d'assister le Responsable Qualité dans la finalisation de ces différentes tâches, afin d’être prêt pour le prochain examen d’audit qui donnera une confirmation du travail préparatoire.

Supplier of vehicle lights for many popular brands, VALEO Vision SENS, has adopted a process of certification ISO/TS 16949, which defines specific requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2008 for series production and spare parts in the automotive industry.The stated goal is to demonstrate the quality of its organization, maintain its reputation, cope with its competitors and meet the demands of car manufacturers and their expectations.
Thus, the mission of this internship was to participate in the preparation of the renewal audit ISO/TS which will take place in September. Various activities related with the certification project were conducted: improvement of the dashboards of customer’s incidents, Redefinition of the M2 process: Research and Development Product/Process, quality manual update ... The goal was to assist the Quality Manager to achieve these tasks, in order to be ready for the next audit review which will give a confirmation of the preparatory work.
