Résumé

J’ai eu l’opportunité d’effectuer mon stage dans un laboratoire d’analyses, l’ISAE (Institut Santé Agro-environnement). L’ISAE s’inscrit dans une démarche d’Assurance Qualité, en étant certifié ISO 9001 et accrédité NF EN ISO/CEI 17025. J’ai été affecté sur le site de Combourg dans le service « Hydrologie et Environnement » qui en plus des analyses inclut un suivi de stations d’épuration (STEP).
Suite à un audit de certification ISO 9001 par le Bureau Veritas sur l’activité STEP, des axes d’améliorations ont été émis. Parmi ceux-ci, l’un relevait le manque de visibilité sur la planification des activités et un autre portait sur l’envoi des rapports d’analyse. On m’a confié la tâche de développer un outil de planification des activités à partir d’Excel. J'y ai mis de nombreux indicateurs. Concernant le service « Hydrologie et Environnement », un nouveau marché engendrera l’augmentation du nombre des échantillons sur trois analyses, Chlorures, COT et Conductivité. Il convient donc d’étudier les conséquences en termes de surcharge de travail et donc de disponibilités pour les techniciens et le chef de service. J’ai alors établi un plan de charge hebdomadaire au sein du service.
J’ai également pu mettre à profit mes connaissances en sûreté de fonctionnement dans le service Agrobiochimie..
Enfin, j’ai effectué des tests de vérification sur des cartes de contrôle manuellement et aussi à partir de StatGraphic.

I had the opportunity to carry out my training period in an analysis laboratory, the ISAE (Health Agro and Ecology Institute) . The ISAE comes within Quality assurance approach, this one is certified ISO 9001 and accredited NF IN the ISO / CIS 17025. I was allocated to Combourg part of the lab, in the “Hydrology and Environment” department which also deals with STEP (water-treatment plant) activity.
Further to an audit of ISO 9001 certification by Veritas Office on the STEP activity, improvement tracks were pointed out. Among these, one of them concerned the lack of visibility on the planning of the different activities, another the sending of the analysis reports. I was asked to develop a planning tool of the activities from Excel. Many indicators were included. Concerning the “Hydrology and Environment” Department, a new deal should involve the increase of samples on three analyses, Chlorides, COT and conductivity. It was thus necessary to verify to study the consequences as for work overloading, and so the remaining availibilities, for the technicians and the department head. I then drew up a plan of weekly responsibility within the department. I was able to take advantage of my knowledge in dependability in one of the other departments of the lab, Agrobiochemistry.Then I made verification tests using control charts from StatGraphic and manually as well.
