Résumé en anglais | Over the last decades, it has become obvious that microbial diversity may be a useful tool for a sustainable agriculture, because of its disparate ecological niches occupation. Particular microorganisms, the endophytes, have revealed an interesting role in plant tolerance/resistance against abiotic and biotic stresses in crop production. They are bacteria or fungithat dwell within robust plant tissues by having a symbiotic association. In this research work, promising bacterial and fungal strains were studied to determine their potential endophyte behaviour in wheat as their effect on plant growth in time. To obtain reliable results, the major work part was to develop protocols, answering questions concerning microorganism and crop cultivation, as concerning necessary techniques |
