Marine, Léa, et Jean sont trois patients aux diagnostics distincts et aux problématiques affectives différentes, mais ils se retrouvent tous en un point commun : La douleur. Celle-ci, revêtant un caractère chronique, s’immisce dans le temps mais également dans le corps. Elle semble alors provoquer une souffrance psychique, et entraîner une atteinte corporelle. Régression à un état de dépendance, et quête constante du lien maternel pour Léa ; "objectalisation" de la souffrance et valorisation de la sphère professionnelle pour Marine, ou encore anéantissement de soi pour Jean ; nous pouvons remarquer à travers ce mémoire les aménagements que chacun des patients fait face à la pérennisation de leur douleur. Paradoxalement, même si celle-ci est un ressenti subjectif, elle s’immisce dans la relation à l’autre, elle brise, clive le sujet de ses liens sociaux.
Marine, Léa and Jean are three patients with different diagnosis and emotional issues, but they have something in common : pain. Bearing a chronic feature, this pain becomes part of their daily lives and bodies. It seems therefore to cause psychic and physical sufferings. Regression to dependence and constant search for a maternal bond for Lea ; “objectalisation” of pain and upgrading of the professional sphere for Marine ; or even selfannihilation for Jean ; throughout this thesis, we can notice that each patient is turning the perpetuation of pain into a mental economy. However, even if their pain is subjective, it paradoxically interferes with relationship with others and splits off the person from its social environment.
