This study aims to explore the psychical role of the clinical manifestations of a 7-year-old child, related to an autistic bearing and specific family dynamics. The observations of clinical interviews will be analyzed as appertained to defensive and restorative attitudes in reaction to a bond anxiety, lived as necessary yet invasive. The central question guiding this study is as follows: In what way do the clinical manifestations observed in Léo, a 7-year-old boy followed in a Medical-Psychological Center, reflect defensive and restorative psychological attempts facing a bond anxiety? The clues to understanding this case question a borderline personality disorder, a fragility of the separation-individuation process, as well as the results of an early excessive screen exposure syndrome. The conclusion of this study supports the evolutionary possibilities and the hypothetic nature of these interpretations.
