Ce mémoire de recherche se propose d’explorer le lien entre secret de filiation, processus de subjectivation et manifestations psychotiques à travers la situation clinique de Romain, un adolescent de 15 ans. En cela, cette recherche examine la manière dont un secret transmis de génération en génération peut fragiliser l'inscription du sujet dans sa filiation et entraver sa construction psychique. Le rapport au savoir, au corps ou encore au temps peut ainsi devenir le véritable théâtre d’une transmission négative. Aussi, les manifestations psychotiques peuvent alors être comprises comme des tentatives de mise en sens face aux défaillances du discours de l'Autre.
This research dissertation aims to explore the relationship between secrets of parentage, process of subjectivation and psychotic manifestations through the clinical case of Romain, a 15-year-old adolescent. Thus, this research examines how a secret transmitted across generations can undermine the subject’s sense of belonging within their family lineage and hinder their psychological development. The relationship to knowledge, the body, and even time may thus become the true stage of a negative transmission. Furthermore, psychotic manifestations can then be understood as attempts to create meaning in response to the failures of the Other’s discourse.
