Ce mémoire vise donc à étudier la collaboration entre les parties prenantes du secteur touristique dans l'accueil des touristes. Plus précisément, il s'agira d'examiner les rôles et les responsabilités des différents acteurs, ainsi que les facteurs qui favorisent ou entravent la collaboration. Ainsi, j’ai choisi d’orienter mes recherches dans l’idée d’une création d’entreprise, et plutôt dans la création d’un nouveau service au sein de l’Office de Tourisme : Créer une conciergerie à destination des professionnels de la destination de Perros-Guirec.
Business Creation Thesis: Optimizing Tourist Hospitality in a Seaside Resort – A Study of Collaborative Dynamics through the Creation of a Professional Concierge Service in Perros-Guirec
This thesis aims to explore the collaboration between stakeholders in the tourism sector when it comes to welcoming visitors. More specifically, it seeks to examine the roles and responsibilities of the various actors, as well as the factors that facilitate or hinder effective collaboration. With this in mind, I chose to focus my research on a business creation project — not in the form of a standalone company, but rather by developing a new service within the local Tourist Office: the creation of a concierge service dedicated to professionals operating in the Perros-Guirec destination.
